Perry County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody or release, retrieve official booking records, post bond, arrange visitation, change an entry, or act for the sheriff, jail, clerk, or court. Contact the office that maintains the record or status directly.

Official Perry County Contacts

For an inmate's current custody status, a completed booking, or an existing jail record, start with the Perry County Sheriff's Office. The research did not verify a dedicated records custodian, request form, hours, fee schedule, or response time. Check the official sheriff website for its current policy before making a public-records request, and ask the custodian for an estimate before copies or a photograph are produced.

The official Perry County Sheriffs Office custody portal provides a current jail roster, a Current Inmates Last 72 Hours view, and a search option. The 72-hour view is not a same-day feed. If an immediate booking is not visible, call to ask whether intake is complete and the public record has posted.

  • For later court action, contact Joy Breeding, Circuit, General Sessions, and Juvenile Clerk, at 931-589-2218; the Perry County court administration page identifies the clerk.
  • For a court case or disposition, use the county court path and confirm whether Perry records are currently available through tncrtinfo.com. A roster entry alone is not a final result.
  • For a Tennessee-sentenced person or a person under state supervision, use the TDOC offender search or TDOC records route, not the local booking portal.
  • For federal custody, use the BOP Inmate Locator. For immigration detention, use the ICE Online Detainee Locator System. Neither is a Perry County booking system.
  • For an official warrant status question, use the county's warrant portal and then verify the status with the court or sheriff. The Sheriff's Most Wanted page explains the portal's limits.

Call 911 for an emergency. Do not approach a person named in a warrant record or try to enforce a warrant independently. A booking or warrant record is an allegation or process record, not proof that a person committed an offense.
